Several students at Camelot Intermediate School recently put their baking and fundraising skills to work, all for a good cause. Fourth-graders (from left) Peyton Evans, Holly Munsterman, Jaden Chapman-Olson and Brook Kiecksee held a bake sale at Camelot on Jan. 29 to raise money for Haiti. The foursome raised $256.66 and donated the proceeds to South Dakota State basketball coach Scott Nagy (back, center) for Samaritan's Feet, a charitable organization based in Charlotte, N.C., that collects shoes for people in need. As "the Barefoot Coach," Nagy has helped make Samaritan's Feet a high-profile charity across the country. The girls each earned a letter toward becoming a Camelot Knight of the Round Table for their efforts.
