Russia, SD connections focus for symposium

BROOKINGS – Russia, including its historical and current connections with South Dakota, is the focus for the annual world power symposium of the South Dakota World Affairs Council Friday, Jan. 25.

The afternoon conference begins at noon in the Volstorff Ballroom of the University Student Union at South Dakota State University with visual presentations setting the stage for keynote speakers and panelists.
