Cultivator attachment stolen from county field

WHITE – A large and expensive piece of farm machinery has been stolen from a field northeast of White, according to Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring.

Sebring said the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a “rolling basket,” an attachment for a field cultivator. The theft was reported Thursday but may have occurred in December or earlier this month.
