• Brookings driver arrested for DUI, other charges
VOLGA – Alcohol was believed to be a factor in a Friday evening car crash that sent an Arlington woman to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Rosemary Mullins, 60, was taken by ambulance to the Brookings hospital and was then transferred to a Sanford facility in Sioux Falls for additional treatment.
Also injured in the accident was Ronald Allstot, 56, of Brookings, who was taken to the Brookings hospital, treated for minor injuries and released.
