Shotgun, gear stolen from pickup

BROOKINGS – A Brookings man lost approximately $1,800 worth of hunting gear this week when someone broke into his parked truck and stole the items.

Brookings police received the call reporting the incident about noon Monday, but the theft is believed to have occurred sometime between midnight on Dec. 1 and 11 a.m. on Dec. 3.
