Two hurt in Monday fender-bender

BROOKINGS – One of the drivers and a passenger received minor injuries Monday when vehicles driven by Keyah Stone and Desmond Jones, both of Brookings, collided at the intersection of 20th Street South and Main Avenue.

The accident occurred about 3:43 p.m.

Jones, 20, was stopped at a stop sign on 20th Street, and after waiting for traffic to clear, proceeded through the intersection.
