DENVER, Colo. – The South Dakota State volleyball team played its first-ever Summit League match at Denver on Sunday but came out on the losing end, falling to the Pioneers by the set scores of 25-14, 25-16 and 25-16.
“This has really been a roller coaster of a season for us. We’ll play well for stretches, and then at times look disjointed on the court,” SDSU head coach Phil McDaniel said. “We have to learn how to come out of valleys in the season faster and ride the peaks longer.”For the complete article see the 11-04-2013 issue.
