LARAMIE, Wyo. – South Dakota State’s Cody Pack qualified for the NCAA Wrestling Championships after placing second in the 157-pound weight class at the West Regional on Saturday.
The sophomore from Quincy, Calif., went 1-1 on the day.
Following a first-round bye, Pack upset second-seeded Andy McCulley of Wyoming in the semifinals to secure the national tournament berth. McCulley had won the two previous meetings with Pack this season.
