BROOKINGS – The Brookings Rangers posted their sixth consecutive league shutout, beating Oahe 8-0 in South Dakota Amateur Hockey Association girls’ action Saturday afternoon at Larson Ice Center.
The first-place Rangers broke loose with five goals in the second period and three in the third,
Sierra Winter had two goals and two assists; Hallie Theodosopoulos added two goals and one assist; and Jessica Laidlaw also lit the lamp twice.
Devyn Prodoehl made nine saves to record the shutout.
