MINNEAPOLIS – No Nate Wolters – big problem. Although it may not have mattered Tuesday night.
Andre Hollins scored 20 of his career-high 22 points in the first half and 14th-ranked Minnesota dropped South Dakota State, 88-64, in a nonconference men’s basketball game at Williams Arena.
Hollins went 8-of-9 from the field, including 6-of-7 from 3-point range, and played just 23 minutes.
Wolters, a senior from St. Cloud, Minn., didn’t dress for the game due to an injury. Reserve Taevaunn Prince was inactive, as well.
