The Brookings Futbol Club U13/14B won the Tempo Classic in Tea. Brookings dropped its opening game, 3-0, to the 98/00 Tempo Gladiators; before bouncing back win a 6-0 win over the 00/01 Tempo Thunder and a 2-0 victory over the Yankton Rangers. SIOUX FALLS, The Bobcat bats were pretty much silent in the Region 2A Tournament here Saturday at Ronken Field.

SIOUX FALLS, Brookings senior Jeremy Shaffer advanced to the consolation championship in Flight 5 singles during Day 2 of the South Dakota Boys' State Tennis Tournament on Friday.
