Brookings-area travelers, take note: The northbound on- and offramps at Intersstate 29 Exit 114 will close for approximately one week beginning Wednesday, Sept. 23. Better known as the Flandreau exit, the I-29 on- and off-ramps carry traffic onto S.D. Highway 32. The closure will allow crews to pave the Interstate lanes past the ramp locations. Signing will be in place to alert travelers to the closures. Drivers are encouraged to take an alternate route. For more information, contact John Rittershaus with the S.D.
