Reconstructive, plastic surgery coming to city

• Outreach clinic to be offered at Brookings Health System

BROOKINGS – The list of services available at the city-owned health system continues to grow.

Beginning in the new year, area residents can remain in Brookings for some of their plastic and reconstructive surgery needs. A Sioux Falls surgeon will start traveling to meet his patients here.

Dr. Richard Howard of the Sioux Falls Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery will start holding an outreach clinic at Brookings Health System. Starting in January, he will be available to see patients the third Tuesday of each month.
