Sunday, Oct. 29

  • 9:52 a.m. Police generated a report for a fictitious $100 bill being passed at a bar.
  • 6:53 p.m. Officers received a report of a runaway juvenile. A report was generated and the juvenile was located and returned to the parent.

Monday, Oct. 30

  • 10:23 a.m. Police took a report of an accident.
  • 1:32 p.m. Police took a report of theft. The incident remains under investigation.
  • 3:11 p.m. Police took a fraud report.

Tuesday, Oct. 31

  • 5:47 a.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of 10th Street South to a report of a domestic disturbance. One person was arrested.
  • 8:58 a.m. Officer Schneider received a juvenile incident report in the 500 block of Elm Avenue. An investigation is ongoing.
  • 10:08 a.m. The Brookings Police Department received a referral from the Department of Social Services.
  • 5:19 p.m. Officers arrested one male subject for a no-contact violation.
