Thursday, March 21
12:04 a.m. Officers responded to The 9 Bar for a disturbance. One male was arrested.
1:33 a.m. Brookings Police conducted a traffic stop. Two passengers were arrested for possessing fictitious driver’s licenses.
4:30 a.m. Officers responded to a welfare check of a suicidal female. Entry was made into the residence and the female was located alive, but unresponsive. She is believed to have overdosed on her prescribed medication. The female was transported to ER and IVC paperwork completed.
3:07 p.m. Officers took a report on a warrant.
5:56 p.m. A victim reported being scammed out of money through a social media platform. The incident is still under investigation.
Friday, March 22
12:47 p.m. The Brookings Police Department followed up with a complaint from an individual in Brookings.
1:09 p.m. Officers responded to a medical call.
2:27 p.m. Police responded to a twovehicle, non-injury accident.
2:52 p.m. The Brookings Police Department took a hit and run accident report.
4:37 p.m. The Brookings Police Department responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident. A city accident report was completed.
