• Shana Marie Robbins, 31, Aurora, grand theft — more than $2,500 an less than $5,000, fined $800 with $53,371.64 restitution and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
• Dawson D. Emmett, 24, of 3805 Ashton Ave., possession of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $800 and sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
• Heather McBride, 39, of 1032 Castlewood Drive, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $400 and sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in BCDC; grand theft — more than $1,000 and less than $2,500 fined $400 with $362.68 restitution and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

• Donte Lamar Butler II, 18, Marion, having an altered or invalid license in possession, fined $296.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Brian Francisco Medrano, 21, of 701 13th St. W., enter or surreptitiously remain in building, fined $296.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 28 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Kameran G. Taylor, 18, Volin, having an altered or invalid license in possession, fined $296.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Haley Laree Farrell, 22, of 315 Fifth Ave. S. DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
