Top HS musicians to gather at SDSU

BROOKINGS – The top musicians from 19 high schools will spend a day learning and performing at South Dakota State University. The day will culminate with the 16th annual East Central Honor Band Concert at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, at the Performing Arts Center on campus.

The concert is free and open to the public.
