• University wants upper-level housing ready for occupancy by August 2015
BROOKINGS – South Dakota State University moved forward this week with a building project that has drawn the ire of leaders in the Brookings housing industry.
The university on Wednesday issued a request for proposal (RFP) on a private, upscale, contemporary-style apartment building for upper-level students. The building would sit on the northwest quadrant of SDSU’s property, which is free of property tax.
