SD gov appoints new 3rd Judicial Circuit judge

PIERRE – Gov. Dennis Daugaard has appointed a Clear Lake attorney as the next judge in South Dakota's Third Judicial Circuit.

Deuel County State's Attorney Greg Stoltenburg will succeed Judge David Gienapp, who is retiring at the end of the year.
